@leahdekrey A). And give licensed facilities in ND more incentives and tax breaks to operate cheaper so they can pay their employees more. B). Give families more tax credits for dependent care so they can ease the burden (especially with multiple children… 3 kids shouldn’t cost $32k+/yr.)
