@southwesttrain1 this is the second week in a row of trains without enough carriages leaving people packed in the corridors like sardines, some even sitting on the floor. How do you justify charging nearly £35 return for a 35 minute journey and not even providing enough seats?

Well done @easyJet! Our flight delayed eight hours, and not an easy jet staff member in sight to face the music! Sent a measly 9 euro food voucher which can’t be used in the area we’re sat in. Diabolical!
