Bought a treadmill from Horizon Fitness @HorizonFit and this is how it was dropped off today. Box torn up, treadmill sticking out at both ends. Guess the $1700 price tag didn't include competent delivery. #ultrarunning

@HorizonFit Not happy with purchase. Parts are cracked. Resistance thing is bent. Flywheel makes horrible noise and stickers are all bumpy or peeling. Not a quality purchase for $700. Had it for less than a week

@laurinmanning I completely understand where you are coming from. But definitely expect direct contact later this week when the treadmill is a little closer. I know they are working hard to get everyone's orders out within the normal shipping window of ~10 days.

@HorizonFit Thanks. I’m not usually a complainer. I understand there are delays. I just don’t get why no one can tell me roughly when to expect it. This is a reasonable expectation for a mail order, esp one so expensive. No point in having a tracking app if there’s no delivery date.
