Making dreams come true is one of our priorities at Horizon, so when we were asked by a resident to take her to Benidorm for a week, we did just that. She even got to meet her favourite singer Elvis (well his tribute). The smiles say it all #hopesanddreams

This month our staff will be supporting Boobie Bears to raise awareness of breast cancer. 'Jim' will be taken on journeys by our staff throughout July. Yesterday Jim had a day out at Beaumont Park to be at one with nature and enjoy the playground with staff from Fixby Lodge 🥰

If someone asks, then we deliver! One of our residents is a big fan of Huddersfield town and wanted the stadium in his bedroom. So we gave him just that! He can even see where he sits when he goes to the live games. #hopesanddreams #makingdreamscometrue

One of our residents at Sandhurst Court has now achieved his dream of a high speed car experience. He enjoyed laps around the Elvington race track in an Aston Martin and a Mercedes at full speed, an experience he will never forget! #hopesanddreams #livinglifetothefull #socialcare

Cranmer Court in Leeds recently celebrated achieving our IIP platinum award with a diversity themed party. Many of the team celebrated their individual heritage by dressing in traditional clothing making a wonderfully colourful event. #diversityrocks #inclusive @IIP @CQCProf

Our people supported at Windsor Court have had lots to celebrate this last few days including wins on the Grand National and meeting the baby of one of their support workers. A trip to Tong Garden Centre for fish and trips just topped off all of the fun #CelebratingSocialCare
