@mindsetofstoics Judgment is the filter through which raw data passes. If the filter is corrupt, the data will always produce an "upset" output. Horizon OS teaches the architect to strip the judgment and view every event as neutral information for the next build phase.

Therapy gets a lot of credit that discipline deserves. Some of what people work through in a $200 session would resolve itself if they slept eight hours, stopped drinking, and did something physically hard every day. Not all of it, but more than most want to admit.
