@hoselink Just received your hose reel in the US. The user manual says to still 1.5 inches deep, however the instructional video on your website say 2 inches. Can you please confirm which is correct so I can install?

@ChrisCalviFree @RobSuisted @paolabrett Unfortunately, the hose cannot be replaced on the current retractable hose reel design, however, we do offer a free repair service should anything go wrong with your reel.

@hoselink @RobSuisted @paolabrett Are your hose reels riveted together? Or do they come with an access panel like the Holman ones so that the hose can be replaced or reconnected if necessary?
