@TheMopLady @HotNColdPod You can’t have it both ways. Either the big ten is horrible or it’s not. A 4 game win streak against horrible teams isn’t nothing to brag about, especially when you had to come from 16 and 18 down in two of them (seeds 10 and 13) and the other two you lost double digit leads

Refresher on just how bad the B1G is this season. In 2020 IU finished 9-11 in conference play, were an 11 seed in the B1G Tourney, good enough to be considered a lock for the NCAA Tourney pre cancellation. This season at 10-10 & a 6 seed they’re not even sniffing the bubble.

@hoosier3345 @TheMopLady They lost awful games to Penn State and Rutgers. Those losses certainly did not help

@Andrew_14_L @TheMopLady Yes we all would’ve thought in year 3 starting the season out playing 11 doesn’t work but unfortunately it’s happened every year. We can only hope it doesn’t happen next season

Still doesn’t excuse the first half of the season and the fact that our lack of success this year has seemed to hurt recruiting(yes I’m aware I don’t know this for a fact, just making a connection)

@HotNColdPod @TheMopLady The issue is 2 things can be true, iu needed to win those games by double digits, and this team has improved since then. People want every game to count but are upset when they do

@Andrew_14_L @TheMopLady Yeah I could have also mentioned the single digit wins against 14-18 FGCU, 10-22 Army, 18-14 Wright State, and 8-24 Louisville but I’m sure bringing up games in November people will say “well that was early in the season this team has improved”

@HotNColdPod @TheMopLady I'm not sure it's fair to put Nebraska in the same vein as Penn St and rutgers. They are 37th NET, Rutgers is 102, and State 89th. Also, look at a team like Wisconsin who lost to Rutgers, Nebraska, Michigan, Indiana and Penn St. Non-conference it would appear is more important
