@IHGCorporate @hotelindigo I recently tried to book a room at @HotelIndigo1LS having booked and stayed multiple times in the absolutely delightful @IndigoLdnKen. The @HotelIndigo1LS reservations staff however were not as welcoming and gleefully told me I wouldn’t be able to stay
