@NShrubs We can reach out to the hotel in regards to your refund and the operations team to update the website with "dogs only", but you haven't included which exact hotel you reserved with for us to do that.

@HotelsABVI Nope - I'm not going to DM you. Make clarifications on your website & reservations form that you only take dogs instead of saying "pet friendly", & I better see my refund in the next couple of days. Obviously I would not have made a reservation if it said that.

When the fucking hotel says "Pet Friendly" on the website, charges a "pet" fee when you make a reservation, but then tells you they don't take cats when you check in. Fuck you @HotelsABVI. You should say DOGS only you fuckers. Now I have no place to stay after driving all day. 🖕

@HotelsABVI just experienced the worst hotel room in Marion, OH. We were stuck spending the night here because every hotel in a 45 min radius was sold out due to the softball tournament we played in. The pics don’t do it justice, especially considering the lingering smoke odor

@HotelsABVI someone at the America's best value inn in st Joseph mo just stole my shirt off of my car and the owner says they don't need to talk to me or do they need to look at the camera footage to find out who stole it from me it was an employee I just paid $40 for that

@HotelsABVI - east Knoxville. I was denied a refund for a stay at your hotel after finding a bed bug on the bed. The reception didn’t offer an apology. They just said we had to go through the booking agency, which was then denied by the property manager. Do better, be better.
