Things are about to get real scary. I got a WhatsApp message about a hotel reservation I made on Booking.com. They have my correct hotel name, correct dates, correct amount, everything. They ask me to confirm my CC details, without which they'll cancel my res.

Let’s play never will I ever. Never will I ever use @hotelsdotcom @hotelscomhelp again. Springdale, daughter’s grad. Hotel can’t check me in bc no one can log in computer, booked queen Ste &they don’t have them. (They aren’t full just don’t have them). No refund allowed. Awful!

We will see how @hotelsdotcom and @hotelscomhelp handle this. Stains on the walks of the place (Woodspring suites). (I thought it was something else. Sure didn’t look like the website pics). No refund and I will cost them more than what they lose here for the ruined grad weekend. Hate to be that way but awful!
