@hotelsdotcom weird I received an email from @HolidayInn stating a full refund due to the hotel having NO power & we couldn’t check in then mins later received an email from hotels.com saying they would only give you $50 credit stating the hotel declined to refund 🤨

Never using Hotels.com again, the hotel was supposed to have 2 rooms for us so we had to call to relocate and while talking to reservations he said they can only get us one room and he hung up on us

starting to believe all the reviews on @hotelsdotcom Booked 3 nights in Halifax for work, they get my dates wrong, then fix it after I pay a difference of $300, then the night before I find out I have NO place to stay and they want me to rebook at $200 more. Brutal.

@hotelscomhelp I’ve tried messaging and calling. I’m a silver member. I’ve had to cancel my son’s hotel due to the Middle East situation. The hotel has approved a 100% refund but I can’t connect with Hotels.com to get the refund. Please help.

@hotelsdotcom One of the most critical features of a hotel room is whether the windows open to the outside. Some people can't sleep in a room without fresh air and/or good circulation. Adding this criteria would have me using hotels.com instead of @Airbnb
