Packers are signing WR Jayden Reed to a three-year, $50.25 million extension, per source. @AdamSchefter was first to report. Christian Watson and Reed were both entering contract years and now the 2023 second-rounder is locked into Green Bay for the foreseeable future.

Joe Burrow has missed 16 games over the last 3 seasons, the Bengals are 19-16 when Burrow DOES play over that time, but sure, they're a 29-year-old NT (even an awesome one) away from contending.

The Wicks trade is the math problem GB has had all along: they need WRs in 2027 (only two officially under contract) but a drafted WR would mean GB has to carry 7 or even 8 WRs and that’s untenable.
