Ordered a @HouseOfRohl shower system from @Wayfair on July 5. Came two weeks later with 9 missing pieces. Now they can’t even find the new order. Unbelievably poor service that I’m shocked at @wayfair. Only one supervisor can find the order, but no response to any emails. HELP
