guys, @Wayfair is such a joke. We got my son’s bed on 7/2, the hardware was missing, I contacted them & asked for hardware… they’re sending a whole new bed, it’s taking FOREVER. I didn’t want a new bed. I wanted hardware. They didn’t let me expire shipping either. So annoying!

@Wayfair I ordered a desk in late 2024 after we lost our home and its contents in Hurricane Helene. The desk arrived with missing hardware for the accessory cart, but we ignored it because our home was destroyed. I just contacted Wayfair and they refused to send new hardware

Number of times I've been told "I'm so sorry." by @FedEx this week 237. Number of businesses I won't use again 2 @Wayfair for using the cheapest, least flexible delivery the could on an already delayed order. And @FedEx for pretending they couldn't deliver to an address they've used thousands of times before because their #Twinsburg Ohio hub is a shit hole.

@Wayfair Stay away from this company. I ordered a gazebo from them and not only did they send me the wrong gazebo, it also had damaged and missing parts. No worries though as the sent me a 10% off coupon. Its been an absolute nightmare dealing with this. Screw Wayfair!!

If you ever need furniture, don't use @Wayfair . I just had to pay a $120 return fee because they couldn't cancel an order before it was even shipped. Absolute awful service.

So first I hit the issue where @Wayfair wesbite didn't have a checkout button on ipad. Now I find the item has dropped in price, the item hasn't yet arrived, but Wayfair have a policy "we do not offer price matching or price adjustments for internal price drops" #PoorService

@Wayfair I spent 2 hours with 3 reps trying to change my order before it shipped because I decided on a different, more expensive set. Instead, I was told it would ship anyway and I’d have to pay return shipping. As a first-time customer, I’m incredibly disappointed.
