@HowardBlum Can you share who gave you access to police reports in real time? It’s odd because now they’ve been made public, nothing in early reports point to Kohberger at all. Did you see anything that hasn’t been made public since? I know you can’t reveal sources obviously

Did Kohberger have an accomplice? The more facts revealed, the more the mysteries deepen.

@Chanevaya @ByMikeBaker If you think BK’s sister is telling the whole story rather than a self-serving version, then I suggest you’re being very naive. Yeah, she’s been dealt a bad hand, and I feel for her. But there’s a lot that happened that she’s not prepared to share.

@BadMomBree You missed my point. It’s not that BK isn’t guilty. It’s that even after all the evidence that’s finally been revealed, I still don’t think there’s been the sort of conclusive case framed that would necessarily sway a jury in a death penalty case. Why did defense take a plea?

Of course the families are justified in demanding that law enforcement not release crime scene photos. There is no public right to know. Rather, this would be voyeurism.

@linzi_loopy I doubt he will appeal. My guess is he’s happy to be in a controlled situation where he’ll feel like the smartest guy in the cell block.

In all documents released, in interviews with prosecutors and law enforcement, there’s been the pretense of news rather than answers to the still large and perplexing mysteries that surround the events of 11/13/22 and aftermath.Answers remain locked away with Kohberger.

@Andrewraz425 I didn’t write that BK spilled guts. Rather, that he shared he was having problems at WSU but he thought in January he would return and work them all out with the dean and advisor.

@HowardBlum Can you please reveal your sources that told you BK spilled his guts to his dad in the car ride home? The Moscow PD debunked that and the party where you claimed BK sister told her father that Bryan did the crime. None of this happened. Who would tell you these crazy lies?

How long before a bored prisoner Kohberger starts taunting with hints of where he hid the murder knife? Am still perplexed by the prosecution’s lack of zeal to get to the bottom of things.

Bill Thompson rationalizes plea deal without allocation insisting BK would never explain why. But he would’ve revealed where is knife, whom he targeted, how he left without leaving bloody trail and on and on. These are facts, not subject to interpretation.

The Moscow pd reports now released show not what law enforcement knows, but what they still don’t. They’re mute testimony to the fundamental mistake of a plea deal without an allocution that required answers from Kohberger.

Goncalves family testimony today was a powerful and articulate blast of Old Testament fury. And while Thompson and Hippler fatuously said the time had come to move on, the Goncalves sternly reminded that the past is never past.
