🗣️Let me introduce you to the 2024 AEA Summer Training Program Scholars @HowardU We are weeks away from welcoming them to campus.

The Center of Excellence in Housing and Urban Research and Policy (CHURP) tackles housing inequality head-on. Students like Jasmine Fuller research the impacts of New York City’s homeless encampment sweeps and advocate for housing-first approaches over criminalization. CHURP’s interdisciplinary teams examine rent control, gentrification and disaster recovery while amplifying voices of tenants and unhoused people.
