@SlickmediaX @RevvRun You are not quite right. There is no legal requirement for a supervisor to be provided upon request. Some departments have a n internal policy of providing a supervisor, but it is a self imposed voluntary policy, not a legal one.

@RevvRun I can request a supervisor to the scene and by law per policy you should get one. They took his gun because they were scared. And ended up giving it back to him anyway.
