@bandq_help I purchased this 7 function @Hozelock gun from your Washington @BandQ store. I haven't managed to use it twice and the end has snapped off. I paid cash and no longer have the receipt. Can you advise on what I can do ? £32 wasted on junk that I thought was a good brand
