@TheNotoriousHPB Devils advocate but if safe, easier to access, can see better, allows more surgeons to perform MIS and convert less, and god forbid spares a surgeons neck/back, do you need “prospective” data? It’s a tool. Where’s the prospective ligasure data? Is it cost that upsets surgeons?

@AmarHujan Stay in Rome!! In 5 years they will have CCT equivalent and can spend up to 2 of those 5 years in the UK as a registrar. Or waste a year, locum, and in do f1 and f2 spending time in gp microbiology and psychiatry so that in 5 years he will be an unemployed CT2 or better FY4

The GMC continuing to blur the lines between doctors and PAs is no longer tenable. PAs are not doctors and are not medically trained.
