@Hubdoc @Xero Sadly I use Hubdoc and Xero for a client and it is shite. Prepopulates with stupid information when you can see it on the document! doesnt make sense and makes inputting documents slower not quicker! Crap software thank you

I'm so sick of bad software! Buggy programs or terrible UX is the new norm. It's literally everywhere... Wasting minutes to hours of my day. With some of them, half of my interaction is trying to to find the happy paths to achieve what I'm trying to do and move on with my life.

Today's example: @Hubdoc mobile app. Apparently rendering the top bar properly is too much to ask nowadays. You need to precision tap this single line to be able to open the left menu or you can open the web version from your desktop.

Anyone else having issues logging into #Hubdoc? Login page loads fine but after entering in login details, nothing happens until eventually I get a 504 Gateway Time-out. @Hubdoc

@Hubdoc @Xero Hi @Hubdoc and thank you for the response. However, it doesn’t appear much if any of the “ongoing updates and improvements” are actually being made to HubDoc. Particularly the app.. would be good to get a timeline. #receiptbank app was better 10 yr ago..

I think I may have hit my head against the wall enough times w/MS #PowerAutomate that I'm starting to get it (ever so slightly, mind you) ;) Today, was able to setup an automation to email any doc saved to a OneDrive folder to our @Hubdoc email address 🎉 Saves a step or two!
