@Hubdoc your application is doing something weird. Cannot select Tax rate and the document cannot be viewed unless i reduce the browser window......help!!

Log back in and just a white blank screen. Can't use the app.

Today's example: @Hubdoc mobile app. Apparently rendering the top bar properly is too much to ask nowadays. You need to precision tap this single line to be able to open the left menu or you can open the web version from your desktop.

@Hubdoc Seems to be an issue with Xero's SSO for HubDoc, they're investigating. status.xero.com/incidents/ckfm…

@Hubdoc @Xero Hi @Hubdoc and thank you for the response. However, it doesn’t appear much if any of the “ongoing updates and improvements” are actually being made to HubDoc. Particularly the app.. would be good to get a timeline. #receiptbank app was better 10 yr ago..

I think I may have hit my head against the wall enough times w/MS #PowerAutomate that I'm starting to get it (ever so slightly, mind you) ;)
Today, was able to setup an automation to email any doc saved to a OneDrive folder to our @Hubdoc email address 🎉
Saves a step or two!

@Hubdoc mmmmm - it says you cannot be messaged! No automated response but a reply 25 hours later that suggests they didn't know there were widespread issues yesterday!

@Hubdoc We did report it but got no response - a later try showed up a 'we know there are issues - try later' comment on the sign in screen so you should already know about this!
