"just wait.. relief is coming".. you waited.. and every week you waited the same house got more expensive.. in 2019 a $400,000 house cost you $1,900 a month.. today that same house costs $2,800 a month.. same walls.. same roof.. same neighborhood.. $900 more a month for nothing.. an entire generation did everything right.. went to college.. got the job.. saved the down payment.. and the finish line moved every time they got close.. your parents bought a house on one salary.. you can't buy one on two.. and nobody in charge thinks that's a problem worth solving.. because the people making the rules already own the house.
