In 1996, Congress passed an Act which denies all non-citizens from voting in Federal elections ballotpedia.org/Illegal_Immigr… Currently, no state permits non-citizens from voting in state or local elections. Citizens United gave Billionaires control of our elections, not immigrants!

Noncitizens can easily register to vote in U.S. elections using the NVRA forms available at basically any DMV. States are currently prohibited from requiring proof of citizenship when the NVRA forms are used. That’s why we need the SAVE America Act.
