One more aspect people keep ignoring. The IRGC repeatedly places military assets INSIDE or next to civilian infrastructure like schools and hospitals. When that happens, civilians become human shields. If the school was next to a military base, the real question is: why were military targets placed there to begin with? When conducting analyses, always consider the principle of "Occam’s Razor" (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Occam%27s…): "When presented with competing hypotheses about the same prediction and both hypotheses have equal explanatory power, one should prefer the hypothesis that requires the fewest assumptions."
