This suit of armour which hangs high on a wall of St Mary Redcliffe was made for the Bristol born admiral Sir William Penn (1621-1670). His son (also called William Penn) founded a colony in America which would go on to become the state of Pennsylvania, which was named after him.

Here's Farage thanking now convicted felon Bannon for his help in the referendum campaign. So much for Brexit being British. In the second clip, we see him all deferential as he takes instructions from Bannon. Bannon is a Vatnik Kremlin tool, a racist and fascist orchestrator who said, "Let them call you racist. Let them call you xenophobes ... wear it as a badge of honour. " Brexit is tarred with fascism, racism and Russian and American far-right interference.

FEARGAL'S FRIDAYS: After a brief and it would now appear rather minor respite on the River Wye last week it's back to business as usual with the River Don in Yorkshire and it's not good, it's really not good.
At this point we are truly struggling to find a single river that isn't polluted.
