The Democrats want you to get assaulted, raped, or killed on public transportation. They will make it unaffordable for you to own a car. They will do nothing about the hordes of freaks roaming the subway. If one of them shoves you in front of a train, they'll drop the murder charges after claiming your killer is mentally retarded. He'll be back on the subway the next day and he'll kill someone else.
When gas prices surged in the mid-2000s, many states temporarily suspended their gas taxes to give drivers relief. This was bipartisan policy; both Republican and Democrat governors did this. Despite gas prices rising because of the Iran war, not a single Democrat governor has proposed suspending the gas tax now.

I'd like to think so, but people have said this before and it's never come to fruition.

My guess for why that isn't the case is that it gets "reset" with new generations churned out of school. Years of Civil Rights brainwashing on children creates a new set of BLM supporters each year, while the chimpouts of Black America from the past get completely forgotten.
