Regardless of today's outcomes, we are proud of each and every one of our SOAPers. This has been a hard year, and the stress of SOAPing is something unreal We are here for you, and will also be posting all the scramble positions we find. Here's hoping none of you need them!

Because they don't need to submit all ROL by Wednesday Noon, many programs are carefully reading applications and will focus on interviewing tomorrow. It's hard to wait, but know that you are 100% not alone It's also nice to know that part of the wait is a holistic review

Following up with this. We have heard of very few programs sending out invites today. What's the difference vs last year? 1) they got applications same day (Mon). So last year's Tuesday is today's Wednesday 2) Rounds were throughout the week. Now all are Thursday: More time
