@Humana I had sent a query a few days ago and I got a reply. I can’t locate the reply. I’m reposting my query:
I have a cash card from humana. The card has over $200 in it. But every month when I make purchase an approved item, the card pays only a small amount. Then I can’t use it for rest of the month. I called the toll free number I think it goes to Philippines. Anyhow they are not able to do anything about it. Please explain how to get out of this lock. Thanks.

@Humana why did you make my PCP increase my pain med without me or him asking for it? You denied a 15mg tablet of baclofen but 20mg? Sure! We will cover that one only.
I already take a ridiculous amount of sedation meds for epilepsy and you just increased it when no one asked.
You did this. You made this worse when NO ONE ASKED TO INCREASE IT!
Add to the fact that you denying the 15mg caused me 4 days without any pain med - let alone one that needs to stay in your system to work.
So get ready. If you don't think im not taking this to medicare, @DrOz @DrOzCMS and whoever else I can, you are worse than I even thought.
