@Humana @TruthRX I called Humana to find out how to file appeal for losing $ for filling 2 brand name drugs for your members. I was transferred 6 times and got 4 different phone #s to try. Nobody helped me, just pushed me off. I filed complaint w/NC DOI. New law 4 PBMs! No more!

Calling @Humana for a month on bill for pre-admit visit to take my med history!Worst Cust Serv ever!Lied to/hung up on! Just realized the hospital most likely shouldn’t’ve even charged me cause it should be bundled with the colonoscopy charges!Filed appeal, but still no help!
