@Humana ... rather than calling me with an actual legitimate concern with my account. And one more thing, I actually called the number you left, and got a greeting - "Thank you for calling Travelers..." at which point I hung up. RLY? Ur using my account to market other stuff?

@Humana also, I forgot to mention, you should use a proper caller ID. When I see a 1-8nn number, I immediately assume it's robodial spam. So I block it and report spam. Your using an unidentified number only reinforces the notion that you're trying to do some marketing...

@Humana so, I'm not going to dox myself. I never use Xitter except to send general messages to organizations that are failing to provide good methods to get in touch, or have broken websites. I hope you'll consider doing better at communicating with all your members.

@Humana and also, if you do leave a voicemail, indicate the subject matter right away, so I know what's it's about, rather than making me listen to you overly slow recitation of your phone number, which I already have, by the way.

@Humana - your website needs work. On the contact page, there's no chat widget at the bottom right, so that's out. What would be very good would be a contact form. Some people like to just write, without needing to go through chat, which isn't there anyway.

@boostmobile And, I'm going to assume that if I call your CS phone number, your agent will want my PIN, which I now know has become invalid. As far as getting a new phone number, this raises the question of how I would then cancel service on the old number. How can I proceed?

@boostmobile and there should be ways to contact you other than creating a Xitter account just for the purpose, since there's no feedback form on your web site. Surely there's a way to move forward, e.g. visiting a store with competent help, and showing an ID.

@boostmobile So I need some options here. If I could log in to the Boost web site, I could order a new phone. But you haven't anticipated the issue of a dead phone. (No it isn't just that the battery needs charging.)

@boostmobile so he suggests a new number. That would be a painful option. Then his phone rings, and he carries on a speakerphone convo and ignores me. So I left that store.

@boostmobile and there's no escalation available. So I went to the local Boost store. Clerk wants my PIN, I give it to him, it doesn't work. I haven't changed it, I store it in my password manager. It's the only one I have.

Hey @boostmobile , help a guy out. My phone died. Tried to log in to order a new one, but you have no login method other than SMS code to my phone, which is broken. Hey, how about a 2nd TFA method, such as e-mail? Chat was no help - can access account without that SMS.
