Time for a little reality My dad was diagnosed with esophageal cancer in 2016 and told his chances were pretty slim but he survived. A couple years later it came back and his doctor told him not a single one of his patients survived it a second time but again, he did. What a champ, he's truly a fighter. Now that's not my story, what I'm here to talk about is what a majority of the virtue signaling population did to him during covid. The guy has a hole in his throat, he can't breathe properly. He would call me on the phone shaken, chased out of stores, spit on, harassed, denied service, all because he could not WEAR A MASK! There's a lot of things that piss me off about what happened during covid but this one is near the top of the list. I sat here daily engaging with people and most of them said the same crap to me, that this isn't about me, that this is about the elderly, that this is about protecting the vulnerable. It was bull. These same people lacked the compassion, consideration and conscientiousness to apply humane responses in necessary times. They acted like cowards, they acted like bullies, they acted like animals. To this day, these people still try to convince me I was wrong, they try to convince me not to believe what I know is true. This wasn't about grandma, this wasn't about the elderly, this wasn't about the vulnerable...when you had a chance, you spit on the elderly, you locked them in ltc, you forgot about them and you chased a two-time cancer survivor out of every f****** store he went into for 2 years because he was unable to breathe without a mask on his face. I will never be convinced that these people have altruistic intentions, they are nothing but fools and hypocrites and will never admit or recognize the harm they caused or how foolish they behaved. My dad's still walks into the same stores, sees the same people and many of them know who he is and what he's dealing with. To this day, he has never received a single apology and probably never will because to this day, the people who did this to him still believe they acted awesome, were good people & are morally Superior when in actual fact, aside from signaling, they were completely void of virtue in all its forms and remain that way today.

If Mark Carney talks about jobs - it's a lie If he talks about the economy - it's a lie If he talks about infrastructure projects - its a lie If he talks about LNG - a lie If he talks about budgets - a lie Foreign deals - a lie Patriotism - a lie Trump - a lie It's all a lie!

Justin Trudeau enriched himself while destroying Canada. Mark Carney is enriching himself while demolishing the remains. The paid media has become symbiotic with the destruction. And the voters have been brainwashed to fight for it all.

Canada is worse than The UK and Australia. You might think those countries have it worse because of what their governments impose. Difference is, in Canada it's not imposed...most comply, abide, and beg for it anyway.

The Canadian government doesn't need to impose or conflict with their population. They fight for their servitude.

My son's class had a party on the last day before March break. Unfortunately, one child in the class was taking part in Ramadan and as a result, the entire class was explicitly told no snacks at all. This is not mutual tolerance, this is suicidal empathy.

It's been 6 years since they locked us down like criminals, stole 3 years from our kids lives, destroyed families & businesses, all to coerce an unwitting populace to take an experimental "vax" that didn't work in the first place. We aren't going anywhere until justice is served

@canmericanized I agree 100%. I went to school with Muslims celebrating Ramadan and never once was us still eating a talking point or an issue. My understanding is that sustaining faith & tradition, fasting & overcoming temptation around you, is part of the spiritual discipline of it.

I don't get in the way of how people practice religion. & I highly doubt the 1 child celebrating even demanded or asked for it. But when tolerance becomes asymmetrical, driven by forced accommodation & ideological activism, it's not tolerance, it's coercion by activist teachers.
