I was so outraged by the treatment of Clinesmith that I conducted a nationwide search, trying to find another attorney convicted of a felony for lying to a federal court yet not be subsequently disbarred. His is the only case I could find. He is a poster child for how the establishment takes care of its own. Absolutely inexcusable.

Thanks, @HansMahncke, for noting the egregious double standard the DC Bar applied against me as compared to Kevin Clinesmith, where they bent over backwards to be lenient to him versus showing no restraint in tying me to the mast for 100 lashes, even though Clinesmith pleaded guilty to a crime. By contrast, Jack Smith stopped referring to me as an unindicted coconspirator in the Fall of 2024 and Fani Willis’s case against me was dismissed. The most important difference to the DC Bar, however, is that Clinesmith was anti-Trump and I am pro-Trump.
