Meet Sadie! 👋 Sadie is leading our efforts to make Humber Meadows the safest and best place to work and live. Sadie is driven by her desire to deliver the best possible care through a resident centered approach and we couldn't be more happy to have her at the helm.

Humber Meadows now has over 120 certified Preceptors through PREPltc - distinguished with an exclusive uniform top indicating their commitment to ongoing mentorship. This week the first two PSW Students began their placement with their preceptors. #iPrecept @CLRI_LTC

Under the leadership of @fordnation, we're getting it done and delivering on our promise to build more long-term care beds. Today, along with Premier Ford and @KingaSurmaMPP, I attended the grand opening of Humber Meadows long-term care, a brand-new 320-bed home in North York.

We promised to build more long-term care homes. Now, we’re getting it done. I was thrilled to attend the opening of the new Humber Meadows long-term care home. This state-of-the-art facility is adding another 320 beds so more people can connect to long-term care close to home.
