Most blockchain ecosystems have focused primarily on financial applications, token transfers, DEXs, lending, and swaps. As a result, much of their activity revolves around transactions and DeFi only. What makes #ICP different is that it's designed as a general-purpose blockchain, allowing developers to build complete applications with the frontend, backend, data, and smart contracts running fully on-chain. That's why many of us are excited to see @dfinity enter the DEX space with MultiDex. It's an opportunity to demonstrate what a trading platform can look like when it's built on Internet Computer technology rather than just another smart contract on a traditional blockchain. If MultiDex delivers at scale and gains global adoption, it could become a powerful showcase of what #ICP is capable of and bring much more attention to the ecosystem. 🔥🚀
