@CrossCountryUK really enjoying sitting on the floor between coaches on the 1403 Cheltenham to Plymouth. The toilet is especially fragrant. Bad for the price! 4 coaches I believe and it’s rammed.

@CrossCountryUK An obvious response I guess. Next time I will wait for the next train and hour later I guess for which I had a reservation. Yes a seat at Bristol. Others have not and it’s rammed. Surely with AI and better analytics this could be avoided.
