Hey @BBCNews I’ve just watched your 10pm show..lots of gossip from @ChrisMasonBBC about @UKLabour but nothing about the £5m bribe Farage illegally concealed or Tice’s tax dodging or Jenrick’s illegal funding…why are you protecting @reformparty_uk ?

I know there is a lot of news around but can someone at the Beeb explain to me how a man they keep telling us might be the next PM getting an undisclosed donation of FIVE MILLION POUNDS from a Thai based crypto dealer (with a BS explanation about it being for lifelong security) is not even a news story when the man he wants to replace led the news for days over some glasses and Arsenal tickets?

Poslanec Nacher tvrdí, že bydlí v Praze.
Když by bydlel v Praze, jel by normálně metrem, u kterého má byt. A druhá zastávka, metro Malostranská, je přesně 481 metrů od Sněmovny, 8 minut pomalou chůzí. A má to zadarmo.
Jenže on ve skutečnosti bydlí v Mnichovicích ve Středočeském kraji. A proto se nechá vozit do práce autem s řidičem. A nadává, že jako mimopražský mu trvá dlouho dojet do úplného centra Prahy, aby nemusel udělat krok pěšky.
Ty kolony způsobuje on. První když pro něj prázdné auto jede do Mnichovic, pak kdy s jedním člověkem jede skrz celou Prahu do garáží Sněmovny.
A má pravdu, právě kvůli papalášům jako on, jsou v Praze nevídané kolony.

@marekjanous @TerribleMaps I went to the official opening of B.Nemtsov Square. His daughter Zhanna was a special guest and she was clearly very moved by the gesture.

But there are almost no addresses in these places; it’s just bits and pieces taken from existing streets in such a way as to not inconvenience anyone but the embassy, and while it may impress on the Internet, when I walk there I wonder if such cheap trolling isn’t actually disrespectful to both Ukraine and late Nemtsov.

@trainlagged @seatsixtyone In the end I still made it in 35 mins despite the diversion and needing a few minutes to find out what was happening.

It’s not the roads. It’s the selfish animals driving on them.
Most drivers see a traffic jam. Germans see a moral responsibility.
This is the Rettungsgasse. Under German and Austrian law, you don’t wait for the ambulance to appear in your rearview mirror.
You don't wait for the screaming sirens.
The very second traffic slows down, the "emergency corridor" must open.
The left lane hugs the left. Everyone else moves right.
Failure to do this isn’t just a "mistake." It’s a €320 fine and an immediate license suspension. But the law isn't the point, the culture is.
They understand that the "center" of the road doesn't belong to them. It belongs to the person who is currently fighting for their last breath.
It’s a 40% increase in survival rates because paramedics don't have to fight through a wall of selfish steel.
