@KYHighFootball Might have to get some clarification on the single season rushing TD stat. Dusty Hall had 54 TDs in 1999. I think there is a typo on the KHSAA website. 1999 stats are not as comprehensive as 2023.

@seantucker2020 Been watching backs (my favorite position) for 40 years, coached RB's at a low level (Middle School) and you have the best feet, best center of gravity with mix of power that I've seen in YEARS. Just my opinion. Prayers and well wishes you see your dreams, brother.

@LogansTwitty @seantucker2020 @BucsGameday I'm pulling for Tucker more than anyone in a long time. I, like a million others coach on some level and coached running backs at middle school for a good while and feel I have an eye for talent. If given the chance, and healthy, Tucker could be a top 10 in the league. IMO

@RustyRyan22 @_MLFootball No, they won't. Because eventually they will get backing from all positions. High-school, college, etc.. will pressure. You can't take the position away. Well, you can, but you will see a Saqoun playing slot, then switching to RB, and getting paid the higher money regardless.

@_MLFootball More than likely nothing will come of this. If they want to protest their pay by holding out or not playing they will all be replaced tomorrow. Ask Leveon Bell, top 3 back when he sat out and his career never recovered. The league waits for no one.

Dad's refusing to let their kid play RB, and he goes to QB or WR. WR can't play RB as easily as a RB can WR.

@Hazmat25 @AstronomyDork @CMC_22 @AustinEkeler Well, you play a 5 year contract at a set amount, and then these guys can throw a franchise tag on you and limit. The franchise tag was meant for QB's, but the league and players union have screwed RB's, putting them in this franchise tag junk.

Update: There won't be a long-term deal for #Giants Saquon Barkley, #Raiders Josh Jacobs and #Cowboys Tony Pollard, per @RapSheet They now need to play on the 1-year Franchise tag in order to play this season. While Pollard signed his deal, Jacobs and Barkley haven't and may holdout.

@CMC_22 Too many of these big deals for RBs (regardless of how good a player they are) ends up hamstringing their team financially. There are exceptions but they are exceptions. Not the rule.

This is the kind of trash that has artificially devalued one of the most important positions in the game. Everyone knows it’s tough to win without a top RB and yet they act like we are discardable widgets. I support any RB doing whatever it takes to get his bag.

@ag_cornerman @saquon I thought the same, and hope he does go somewhere. Saquan is a good guy and works hard. The problem is, he makes 10Mill if he plays this year. If he don't, he will never be able to get that 10mill back. 520K per game he will miss. Take the money, play, and hopefully get out.

🚨REPORT: The New York #Giants offered Star running back Saquon Barkley a contract worth $13 million per year, including $26 million over the first two years, sources tell @ProFootballTalk. “The offer was made before the deadline for applying the franchise tag, with the express message from the team that, if the tag were applied to Barkley, the offer would be pulled.” Barkley was looking for Christian McCaffrey money, which is around $16 million per year. Barkley's “availability for Week 1 against the Dallas #Cowboys will be in serious question” if he doesn't receive a long-term deal, per ESPN.

@princess_antifa He is not wrong about any of it. I raised the alarm about this same issue in my district. They do not want to hear about it. They are: heads of special education, superintendents, the state. If parents would raise the alarm, something might get done.

@DrRDMayes @princess_antifa @CECMembership We were emergency certified, by our states and local governments. A good and experienced paraprofessional knows everything in an IEP and can sustain a class for a day, or two, or even 3. If not we shouldn't have the job, point blank. But they do deserve better pay, 100.

@princess_antifa @CECMembership I would love to know about the resources you all have for paraprofessionals and any kind of lobbying done at the state/federal level to make sure situations like this don’t happen. Paras are amazing, need support, & shouldn’t be put in such vulnerable positions
