@drewlevin I’ve now been waiting to get actual help for almost two months now, I’ve gotten a response twice about support resetting my account to my email but still to this day I don’t have access back to my account.

Entirely heard, agree, and apologies for the rockiness. Our client engineers have been working on various performance degradation issues we introduced with 26.1, and we think what’s going live in 26.3 will be a real improvement. Please let me know what you think either way.

@RiotSupport I got hacked a couple hours ago and I didn’t catch it before email and login information got changed, I’ve sent in a ticket with hopefully enough information to get my account back is there any other way I could prove it’s my account debit card info etc.?
