भारत के लिए इससे ज्यादा दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण क्या हो सकता है? मुस्लिम वक्फ बोर्ड कानून को दोनों सदनों में पास होने के बाद राष्ट्रपति द्वारा मुहर लगाया गया उसके बाद भी सुप्रीम कोर्ट द्वारा इंटरफेयर करके कानून में फिर से बदलाव किया गया यदि सुप्रीम कोर्ट को हर चीज में टांग अड़ाना है तो राज्यसभा, लोकसभा, राष्ट्रपति और प्रधानमंत्री जैसे पदों को निरस्त करके सुप्रीम कोर्ट के जज ही देश चलाएं हो सकता है पावरफुल सुप्रीम कोर्ट के जज इतना पावरफुल बन जाए कि अमेरिका, रूस और चीन जैसे देशों पर भी शासन करने लगें? मुझे लगता है, सबसे ज्यादा सुधार की आवश्यकता सुप्रीम कोर्ट जैसे संस्थानों में है, जहां के जज अपनी मर्जी से देश के हर कानून में बदलाव करते हैं और अपने आप को प्रधानमंत्री और राष्ट्रपति से भी ऊपर समझते हैं?
