Doing my own spinoff on the 75 hard challenge:
-Read for 30 minutes a day
-High intensity cardio everyday
(cranking hog, spanking the monkey, etc)
-Mandatory morning fog sesh
-Daily bone smashing
@RebelBallTodd Ditch the Fairlife. If you need milk swap it for raw milk. If you’ve got a sweet tooth add honey and cocoa to it. If you don’t have any veggies add asparagus and spinach. Ditch the flavored yogurt for plain and you can use it for salad dressings as well. For bfast just add honey
