In 1999, hundreds of people in Belgium and France reported that they felt sick after drinking Coca Cola due to someone claiming the drinks were contaminated. It resulted in a massive recall of Coca Cola products. After an investigation by health authorities, it turned out to be a case of mass hysteria. The drinks were completely fine and the people had made themselves believe their bodies were sick. Just some food for thought.

Later analyses couldn’t reliably confirm uniquely Jerusalem, only species, pollen can travel and be added later, so it’s not strong proof of origin.

There is absolutely zero historical information about the deaths of the rest of them, and any info is strictly tradition based. For James and Simon there are no early records at all.
