@DerrickEvans4WV Anyone going 36mph on the sidewalk needs to go to jail or at least get a hefty fine. I don’t know what local laws apply here, but the e-bike should be at fault if the laws are fair. This person is dangerous to pedestrians and should be on the road if he is going that speed.

Who the heck has the right of way in this situation? I live out in the country so my head automatically goes to the vehicle having the right of way. As fast as this e-bike is going it should have just been on the road & treated as a motorcycle.
