Absolutely no customer Service at store in Lincoln, NE at 52nd and O. Had my groceries unloaded waiting for the checker because the light was on and the supervisor comes over. Oh, I think they forgot to shut their light off instead of helping me. What a bunch of crap. @HyVee

@HyVee dinner at the market grill in Springfield was a huge disappointment. Everything from the “hot” deli was cold. Happy it was at least cheap.

@HyVee you know I am a loyal supporter…but, can we please go back to teaching these kids how to bag groceries? I just picked up an online order and each paper bag averaged 1.3 items per bag. With plastic bags, I could only imagine the outcome.

@HyVee Took my sleeping child into my wonderful neighborhood hyvee to get a money order. Was told that due to staffing the person who does it is on break. All the while the manager is standing around watching the door. Is this really what is considered service?
