Gerade einmal 17 l/m² landeten im März in den Messbechern. Gegenüber 1991 bis 2020 war es also 70 % trockener und damit gehörte der März zu den zweittrockensten seit Messbeginn. Verantwortlich dafür waren Hochdruckgebiete, die sich immer wieder über Mitteleuropa festsetzten.
