How is she stuck there with no money because of them? She has no other means to buy a new ticket?
I agree that the airline should give her a refund sooner than 3 weeks.
But it's probably in plain English when you buy a ticket for the flight that that is how long it takes for a refund.

She was on the jetway being a loud obnoxious bitch on the phone with her mom... other customers complained. He did not antagonize her he asked her to keep it down.
This was after the airplane had to return to to the airport because of maintenance issues. Not the guys fault working the terminal at the airport where she went out of control.
She did not comply and got angry and took it out on the staff of the airline.
She should be put on a no-fly list for 10 years.

They never denied the refund her.
Company policy is you don't get it immediately... especially if you're going to be a pain in the ass and destroy company equipment and assault the employees of the company. You can clearly hear her saying 3 weeks for a refund?
That's not a denial that's a you must wait for it.

She was already on the flight that took off and left the airport ...it returned because of a maintenance issue.
She turned into an absolute twat because of it.
The airlines denied her to reboard the airplane because of her behavioral problems. Which got worse after they said you're not getting back on the plane.
