@Sid_Seixeiro Totally agree, couldn’t get the hits when needed with so many opportunities. How many times did they strand a runner on third base with less than 2 outs? Varsho had a rough World Series!

I admire Jeff Hoffman for putting the entire loss on his shoulders but when a team leaves 22 men on base combined in Games 6 and 7 of a World Series that’s not fair to him.

@Sid_Seixeiro If this loss is on anyone, it’s on Kirk in my opinion. He had the tying run 90 feet away and hit into a double play. Yet again, the Jays couldn’t come up with a clutch hit when needed.

@Sid_Seixeiro 100% agree with you. If you play with fire you’re going to get burned. Leaving men on base, not coming up with clutch hits when needed. The Jays should have clobbered the dodgers yesterday - they had many chances and blew it.
