@RGB_MIDAS @LambdaGen @s8box Yeah I agree I do remember from participating in the beta playtests that there wasn't much to do and the games were pretty bland. But I'm pretty sure its gonna get a LOT better when the game officially releases for the world to get their hands on it.

@HyperDash_YT @LambdaGen @s8box I get that, and I definitely played interesting games. But I installed the game again the other day, the two most popular games were idle games. Right now, it feels like Dreams PS4 but with less character. Maybe it will be better when devs can export their games.

The Garry's Mod successor @s8box will release this April 28th! The estimated price is $20 USD and Garry said in the past they are planning to make it free to play in two years after launch.

@RGB_MIDAS @LambdaGen @s8box Well, just like Garry's Mod If you don't wanna make games on it then you'll be able to play the games that people make on it, except with a way more modern engine that allows a lot more creative freedom and of course more modern graphical fidelity

@artdstuf For taking the game off the platform for multiple days in prep for the update I expected the launch of it to not be as catastrophically buggy as it was, even to this day the really big progress-blocking bugs are still here. Disappointing.

@noctwong Whole game was an absolute 10/10 blast but: - Leon's East Raccoon City section was frankly boring (game went back to being amazing only when you finally ride the bike) - The Intro + Orphanage sections get boring on 2nd playthroughs - No FoV setting and that's all I could think

You can toggle it in the settings now, which is better than it always being on with no way to disable it. But it's weird that it defaults to off when it's always been a part of HK's visuals.

I just realized the recent Hollow Knight update disables the film grain effect by default... I don't even recognize this game anymore.
