🚨 DIE ETHEREUM-SHORT-FRONT: SMART MONEY GEHT SHORT - RETAIL GEHT LONG! Genau in diesen Tagen bauen Smart Money auf Hyperliquid ihre Wetten gegen #Ethereum weiter aus, während die Timeline die größte Long-Euphorie seit Wochen feiert. Wenn du gerade long auf Ethereum sitzt, sitzt du damit auf der Gegenseite von genau den Wallets, die diesen Zyklus über selten daneben lagen - und für dein Depot wiegt genau diese Gegenseite schwer. Ich hab mir die Zahlen hinter dieser Wette angeschaut, weil das Bild auf den ersten Blick keinen Sinn ergibt. Überall liest man von explodierenden Longs, von Institutionen, die im Wochentakt Ethereum einsammeln, von der neuen Robinhood-Chain als Nachfrage-Motor. Und ausgerechnet die Adressen mit den fettesten Gewinnen der letzten Monate stellen sich geschlossen dagegen. Vier Dinge sind es, die mich an dieser Spur nicht mehr loslassen. 1️⃣ Die erfahrensten Adressen stehen dagegen - Über zwei Drittel der profitabelsten Wallets auf der Plattform sind aktuell short auf Ethereum. Das ist die breite Mehrheit unter genau den Adressen, die man beobachtet, wenn man wissen will, wo das erfahrene Geld gerade steht. Wenn diese Gruppe so einheitlich in eine Richtung kippt, ist das für mich ein Signal und kein Zufall. 2️⃣ Das schwerste Kapital zeigt nach unten - Noch schärfer wird das Bild, wenn man das Geld hinter den Adressen gewichtet, statt nur die Wallets zu zählen. Gemessen am realisierten Gewinn stehen 87 Prozent dieses Smart-Money-Kapitals auf der Short-Seite. Wo in der Vergangenheit das meiste Können saß, zeigt der Einsatz heute nach unten. 3️⃣ Frisch aufgebaut, mitten in die Euphorie - Das hier ist der Teil, der mich wirklich stutzig macht. Die größten dieser Shorts sind erst in den letzten Wochen entstanden, aufgemacht genau in die lauteste Long-Party hinein. Eine einzelne Adresse sitzt mit über 190 Millionen Dollar im Plus und hat trotzdem noch Short nachgelegt. Wer so tief im Gewinn ist und weiter draufpackt, während alle jubeln, handelt aus voller Überzeugung. 4️⃣ Auf der anderen Seite: die Menge - Und wer hält dagegen? Auf den großen Börsen sind fast zwei von drei Konten long auf Ethereum. Die institutionelle Kaufwelle läuft weiter, das Sentiment steht so bullish wie seit dem Frühjahr nicht mehr. Genau diese überfüllte Long-Seite ist das Boot, in dem die breite Masse gerade sitzt und sich für die Fahrt feiert. Ein sicheres Datum für einen Fall lese ich daraus trotzdem nicht heraus. Ob Ethereum in den nächsten Wochen kippt, weiß ich nicht - der Nachfrage-Schub über die neue Chain ist echt, die Institutionen kaufen wirklich, und die Shorts selbst stehen bei $ETH um die 1.780 Dollar erst knapp im Grünen, also kaum über der Zone, in der sie aufgemacht wurden. Ich sitz da ehrlich zwischen den Stühlen. Aber teuer wird es erfahrungsgemäß dann, wenn die Adressen mit der besten Bilanz sich geschlossen gegen die Menge stellen und mitten in die beste Stimmung noch weiter nachlegen. In einem Markt, in dem beide Seiten mit Hebel arbeiten, finanziert am Ende die eine Seite die Gewinne der anderen. Welche Seite das Geld behält, schreibt allein der Preis auf, und der schert sich nicht darum, wie laut die Party gerade ist. Diese Wallets haben ihre Richtung längst gewählt. Der Rest ist Geduld.
