An ambitious plan and timeline! Running half of government operations on agentic AI in only two years isn’t just about deploying smarter systems. It raises a more fundamental question: How will all these systems actually work together? At that scale, AI agents won’t just execute tasks - they’ll need to coordinate, exchange information, and make decisions across departments in real time. That only works if there’s solid infrastructure underneath for AI-to-AI communication. That’s the layer we’re focused on at Hypercycle.ai - building the Internet of AI, where agents can communicate, transact, and collaborate directly, without relying on third parties. Because the real bottleneck for the multi-agent systems won’t be intelligence: It’ll be interoperability, speed, scale limitations, and cost barrier: the challenges addressed by the Internet of AI, built for agents by HyperCycle.

Under the directives of the President of the UAE, we launch a new government model. Within two years, 50% of government sectors, services, and operations will run on Agentic AI, making the UAE the first government globally to operate at this scale through autonomous systems. AI is no longer a tool. It analyses, decides, executes, and improves in real time. It will become our executive partner to enhance services, accelerate decisions, and raise efficiency. This transformation has a clear timeline. Two years. Performance across government will be measured by speed of adoption, quality of implementation, and mastery of AI in redesigning government work.
