Mark Cuban just described the largest wealth transfer of the AI era. Almost nobody understood what he said. Cuban: “There are 33 million companies in this country. Aren’t going to have AI budgets. Aren’t going to have AI experts.” Not tech startups. The shoe store. The regional trucking outfit. The accounting firm with 12 employees. The businesses that actually run the physical economy. They know AI is coming. They have no idea what to do with it. Cuban: “You’ve got the head of Microsoft saying software is dead because everything’s going to be customized to your unique utilization.” Software is dead. The SaaS era ran on one rule. Build a generic product. Force millions of companies to bend their workflows around it. Charge rent forever. AI ends the contract. The business stops bending to the software. The intelligence bends to the business. But customized by whom. The third-generation manufacturer cannot tell Claude from Gemini. The county hospital is staring at a reactor asking where the light switch is. Cuban: “Who’s going to do it for them?” That question is worth more than the frontier models themselves. Hundreds of billions are being burned to build the foundation. The smartest engineers alive are locked in a bloodbath over who owns the base layer. Let them fight. Let them burn the capital. Let them drive the cost of raw intelligence toward zero. Because the wealth does not collect where the brain is built. It collects where the brain meets the business. Every ambitious kid in college right now thinks survival means a seat at OpenAI or Anthropic. Cuban is staring at the other 99 percent of the economy. Learn the models. Then learn the messy, unglamorous reality of how a 50-person company actually operates. Walk through the door. Understand their problems. Wire the intelligence directly into their revenue. That is not a job title. That is an entire economic class being born. You do not need to build the brain. You need to build the nervous system. The biggest winners of the electricity era were not the engineers who built the generators. They were the ones who walked into dark factories and showed the owners where to plug in. 33 million companies are standing in the dark right now. Silicon Valley is racing to build the god. The fortunes will belong to whoever teaches him a trade.

🚨 BREAKING: Republican Senator John Kennedy just blamed Trump for the shutdown. “The Democrats offered a deal… we said accept it… Trump said no.” That deal would have paid TSA this week. This isn’t partisan spin. This is coming from inside the party.

Cooper Kupp said, "I'm going to go earn it again, every single day." "I think that's the difference, I've never stopped this mindset of earning." Entitlement is the enemy of hard work. It's expecting rewards that you haven't earned. Cooper Kupp shares a masterclass on earning it and how to overcome entitlement. "Once you start saying 'I deserve it' - that's when the 'I've arrived' mindset starts to happen." "I didn't deserve the opportunity...I didn't deserve Eastern Washington. I didn't deserve the NFL. But I've worked to earn an opportunity to go attack it." From small-school recruit to Super Bowl MVP and he still doesn't think he deserves it. "At no point during that journey...did I then say okay I'm there now, like I've done enough, like I've arrived and now I deserve to play." That's the trap. The moment you feel entitled is the moment you stop earning. "I've never stopped this mindset of earning...every year ends and I feel like there's just a little more, there's more we can do. I got to go earn it again." Entitlement is the enemy of hard work. It's expecting rewards you haven't earned. It's the delusion of deserving without doing. The best never feel like they've arrived. They earn it every single day. How they eliminate entitlement: 1. Shift from "I deserve" to "I earn" - Success isn't owed. It's built. 2. Act with humility - Stay coachable. Stay hungry. 3. Embrace growth over status - Focus on getting better, not on what you think you deserve. 4. Earn it daily - Compete. Bring energy. Every single day. 5. Know your sacrifice - Commitment has a cost. Pay it. It reminds me of a quote from the Clemson strength and conditioning coach: "They don't put championship rings on smooth hands." Nothing is given. Everything is earned. @HiltonHotels I’ve spent over $100k dollars @ Hiltons over the last 10 years & this was the worst customer service experience that I had. The GM, Whitney, made it worse. I feel my loyalty & $$ wasn’t appreciated. Thus, I can & will do a status match & spend my $ where I’m valued

@HiltonHotels in over 24 hours. We talked for 2 min & she offered 10k HH points. This was comical since her own hotel costs 31-35k HH points for a night. Again, I couldn’t shower 4 10+ hours, still paid for my room, email wasn’t responded to, & had to wait an hour 15 min 2 c her.

@HiltonHotels upon check-in I asked 2 speak w/ Whitney. They said she was on the phone & would be out. I waited until 5pm to speak w/ Whitney. During my wait I saw her go 2 the front desk twice. I waited a whole hour 15 minutes on this matter & c y she hadn’t replied 2 my email

@HiltonHotels as a good faith gesture & merely wanted to be compensated 4 the service & customer service errors I was experiencing. I have been “Hilton Diamond” for 12-years straight. On 1/15 I checked back into this hotel around 3:30pm & the GM still hadn’t responded 2 my email.

@HiltonHotels The GM emailed me @ 3:45pm asking how this matter could be handled. I told her in my reply email that I told natasha that i requested 50k points. This was a sign of further internal lack of communication. I still paid for my room despite not being able to shower

@HiltonHotels this rep six she couldn’t switch my room b/c the hotel was sold out & there was nothing she could do. I called @ 8:05am for a shower curtain & the rep didn’t have an idea. He ultimately informed housekeeping and they brought in 15 minutes later. I finally bathed

I called the front desk & she said that she was the only one working, engineering was gone for the nIght & wouldn’t return until 8am, & she would try to check the housekeeping cart. I called back at 11:15pm & she had clocked out & hadn’t told her replacement anything. This rep

@HiltonHotels I had a horrible customer service experience @ the Doubletree ATL Airport on Tue, Jan 13th & 15th. I checked-in at 9:30pm and saw curly hairs in the bathroom that weren’t mine. I went to take a shower about 10:30pm when I realized I didn’t have a shower curtain.
