@joshzepps @Uber @Uber_Support I recently had one accept the ride and then commence to drive in the opposite direction. Got 10km away until i gave in and cancelled. Uber/Uber Eats are unusable of recent times. Have deleted both apps.

An @Uber driver failed to pick us up today and instead of cancelling the ride, he completed the entire trip in an empty car and kept the fare. I explained it to @Uber_Support but they haven’t refunded the fare. Discrimination? Bigotry? Has this ever happened to you?
