Congrats to Dr. Tom "Mach" Schnell for reappointment as Capt Jim "Max" Gross Chair in Engineering. Mach is founder and director of @uiowa Operator Performance Lab and a commercial pilot, research test pilot, and flight instructor with helicopter, jet, and glider ratings.
